Chef Goto, the head chef of Grand Hyatt Fukuoka restaurant "THE MARKET F" serves original dishes made with Yame green tea sparkling, roasted green tea ice tightening and ice brew YAME DENTOU HON GYOKURO.
The combination of tea and food served one after another surprised and impressed the participants.
In particular, "the YAME DENTOU HON GYOKURO Ice Brew " which is said to be the best Japanese tea, was combined with a dish of white fish and blue cheese sauce, which was devised by the chef after much consideration, and an exclamation of surprise similar to a growl echoed in the hall.
