Founder Bill Granger tasted Yame Matcha and praised it when the restaurant was considering the Fukuoka limited menu 2 years ago!
As a result, "Yame Matcha Latte" became a new menu for autumn and winter 2017 and is now offered as the main menu at all stores in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
It was a big challenge for a world-famous restaurant to serve local food, but Bill said, "It was exciting to introduce Yame tea which is representative of Japan!"
