To commemorate the 600th anniversary of Yame Tea, we hosted a prestigious dinner course, "Tea Heritage," in collaboration with Grand Hyatt Fukuoka.

Dishes such as sustainably sourced salmon trout smoked with Yame Hojicha and Kyushu beef fillet wrapped in premium Yame Sencha with a rich bordelaise sauce showcased the essence of Yame Tea not only as a beverage but as a culinary ingredient. This innovative course explored the boundless possibilities of Yame Tea in gastronomy.

The delicate marriage of exquisite cuisine and Yame Tea created an indulgent experience that delighted the senses, offering guests a new way to appreciate the profound depth of this exceptional tea.
