How to Brew
- Ice Brew
Put 15 g of Yame Sencha (5 servings) in a pitcher or glass, pour 560 cc of water and let the tea steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Teapot
Put 6 g of Yame Sencha in a teapot, pour 300 cc of hot water of about 70 degrees and let the tea steep for 60 seconds.
